Room Deliveries
Gifts purchased at the Stollery Kids Store for any patient (young or old) of the Stollery Children's Hospital, University of Alberta Hospital or Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute are delivered at no extra charge. These hospitals are located within the Walter C. Mackenzie Health Sciences Centre site at 8440 112 St. NW, Edmonton AB.

Room Delivery/Patient Information Instructions: From the MY CART page, once you click the proceed to checkout button you will see a box on the right hand side under Total(incl. Tax) where you can leave us a note about your order.  Please enter patients first and last name (exact spelling) we must have exact name and spelling to confirm the patients unit and room number if you are unable to provide it.  You can also include a message to the patient and anything else about the order that you want us to know, in this section. 

Room deliveries are not available for the Stollery NICU located at the Royal Alexanda Hospital.

In Store pick up is free - during business hours.

Curbside pick up is free - during business hours.

Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if there is something you would like to change, please contact us so we can work toward meeting your expectations.

Please note, that for infection control purposes and to protect our patient customers, some items may not be returnable.

Items approved for return must be in original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

Should a gift be undeliverable (example: patient was discharged before delivery) we will be happy to work with you to forward the gift to the family free of charge, or refund your purchase. Note: you will have to provide forwarding information, as hospital admin will not provide personal patient information.
